Orders
When will my order be processed & shipped?
Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following day. We try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible because we know you can't wait for your goodies to arrive! Please understand we are a small, family run business & we are making every attempt to get your order to you as quickly as humanly possible.
For handmade & custom orders, please allow 2 weeks to fulfill.
We currently ship within the United States, Guam & Puerto Rico, but hope to expand internationally in the future. Shipping times will vary upon your location.
Standard shipping in the USA starts at $5 & all orders over $100 will ship FREE.
The USPS site quotes but does not guarantee 2-8 days for domestic shipping.
Where can I find my tracking number?
All items in your order will ship together and you will receive your tracking number upon shipment.
My package says it was delivered but I didn't get it.
Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS and then to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If you have any concerns, please contact USPS to help resolve your issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally, but we are hoping to expand soon.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return/exchange an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for another style within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at kalipaylife@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We inspect all items prior to shipping, but hey, we are only human and sometimes mistakes happen! Damages must be reported to us prior to using the product. Item must be returned in original packaging. All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted.
Please contact us immediately at Kalipaylife@gmail.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
