Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for another style within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at kalipaylife@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We inspect all items prior to shipping, but sometimes a few may slip through the cracks. If this is the case, please report any damages prior to using the product. Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging, and all reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be eligible for a return.
Please contact us immediately at kalipaylife@gmail.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
